Kuba Fast, the former chief executive of Chase UK, has been appointed by Revolut to lead its European banking entity.

Fast spent almost seven years at JPMorgan Chase and in that time helped to launch its international consumer banking offering.

In 2024 he became the CEO of Chase UK, the Britain-based digital banking entity of the global finance giant.

In his new role, Fast will serve as the chief executive officer of Revolut Bank UAB, a Lithuania-based entity that launched following the approval from the European Central Bank and the Bank of Lithuania.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kuba to Revolut at a defining moment in our European expansion,” said Revolut boss Nik Storonsky.

“His track record in scaling digital banking, combined with his deep regulatory understanding, makes him a strong addition to our leadership team to accelerate our European success story and solidify our position as the continent’s leading bank.”

Fast will become a member of the executive team leading Revolut’s banking operations across the European Economic Area (EEA).

“Revolut has fundamentally changed what people expect from their financial institutions. I am eager to join the leadership team to accelerate our banking services across the EEA,” said Fast.

“By delivering innovative, localised products tailored to the daily needs of over 55 million European customers, we will continue to prove that everyday finance can be simpler, more intuitive, and radically more affordable.”
